Position: Education Coordinator
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our organization. As the Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our education programs. You will work closely with the education team to ensure the smooth running of programs and provide support to students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and goals
- Collaborate with the education team to create engaging and effective curriculum and lesson plans
- Oversee the recruitment and training of teachers and volunteers for our education programs
- Monitor the progress of students and provide support and guidance when needed
- Coordinate with schools and community organizations to promote and expand our educational programs
- Organize events and workshops to enhance students' learning experiences
- Manage the budget for education programs and ensure resources are utilized effectively
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and program evaluations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education to enhance our programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience in program development and implementation
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
