Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Shipbuilding Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Shipbuilding Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of shipbuilding projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the designated time frame. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they adhere to all safety protocols and production standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process of shipbuilding projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production workers and monitor their progress.
• Ensure that all production processes are in line with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
