Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing effective training programs for our employees. You will be responsible for designing and developing training materials, courses, and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theories, and e-learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, courses, and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives
• Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for training materials
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Create and design e-learning courses using various authoring tools
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and simulations into training materials
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Update and revise existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and e-learning technologies
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create engaging and effective training materials
• Experience in graphic design and video production is a plus
