Position: Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and other potential funding sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the organization's annual fundraising goals
• Research and identify potential funding sources, including individual donors, foundations, corporations, and government agencies
• Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors, including regular communication and stewardship efforts
• Create and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and other initiatives to engage and motivate donors
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling fundraising materials and messaging
• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of donor and fundraising records in the organization's database
• Provide regular reports and analysis on fundraising performance to the senior leadership team
• Stay current on fundraising trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's fundraising efforts
• Manage and mentor a team of fundraising staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful fundraising outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of meeting fundraising goals
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques, including major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grant writing, and special events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate the organization's mission and goals to potential donors
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Experience managing and motivating staff and volunteers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in fundraising software and databases, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
