Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Location: Zambezi City, Zambia

Zambezi Research Institute is seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team in the state. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement engaging and interactive curriculum
• Coordinate with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to expand the reach of our educational programs
• Manage program budgets and ensure resources are utilized efficiently
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs through data analysis and participant feedback
• Develop and maintain relationships with program participants, stakeholders, and partners
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for program staff and volunteers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education to enhance program offerings
• Provide support and guidance to program staff, volunteers, and participants to ensure program success
• Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the marketing department to promote and advertise our educational programs
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant data
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations related to educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
• Knowledge of educational theories, practices, and trends
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
