Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the education team to create and execute educational programs that align with Jiangsu Institute's mission and values.
Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, universities, and community organizations to promote our educational programs.
Coordinate with instructors, volunteers, and guest speakers to ensure program schedules and materials are prepared and ready for each session.
Assist with the recruitment, training, and supervision of program volunteers.
Monitor program budgets and expenses, and ensure that all costs are within budget.
Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback from program participants to continuously improve program content and delivery.
Develop and distribute program marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
Organize and facilitate special events and activities related to educational programs, such as field trips and workshops.
Collaborate with the development team to identify potential funding opportunities for educational programs and assist with grant writing and reporting.
Maintain accurate records and reports of program activities, including attendance, evaluations, and financials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in educational programming to ensure our programs are relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or education.
Proven experience in developing and implementing educational programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
