Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with slot machines in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including detailed notes and reports
Communicate with the Slot Operations Manager and other team members to identify and resolve any recurring issues with slot machines
Stay up-to-date on the latest slot machine technology and industry trends to ensure the casino is offering the most advanced and popular games to our guests
Assist in the installation and set-up of new slot machines
Monitor and test slot machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal functionality
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when working with slot machines and related equipment
Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering any questions or concerns related to slot machines
Collaborate with other departments, such as security and finance, to ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical or vocational training in electronics, computer science, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in slot machine maintenance and repair, preferably in a casino or gaming environment
Knowledge of slot machine mechanics, electronics, and computer systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a gaming license
