Job Description: EcoServe Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Environmental Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Environmental Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of environmental programs and services for our clients. You will work closely with our team of environmental experts to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their environmental needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct site assessments and identify potential environmental risks and opportunities
• Develop and implement environmental plans, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the execution of environmental projects, including coordinating with contractors and third-party vendors
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess environmental compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives
• Stay current with environmental regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present reports to clients and management on project status and results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental services or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex environmental issues to clients and stakeholders
• Experience in conducting site assessments and developing environmental plans
• Proficient in using environmental software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
