Position: Data Visualization Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Visualization Architect to join our team. As a Data Visualization Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data visualization solutions that meet the needs of our organization and our clients. You will work closely with our data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data visualization solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations
• Create interactive and dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Develop and maintain best practices for data visualization design and implementation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization techniques and tools
• Train and mentor junior team members on data visualization best practices and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data visualization tools and solutions
• Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed in all data visualization projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve data visualization solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is properly transformed and prepared for visualization
• Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of data visualization projects within budget and scope
• Provide technical support to end-users and address any issues or concerns related to data visualization tools and solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization design and development
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
• Certifications in data visualization tools are preferred
