Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in creating effective learning experiences for our employees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments.
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create engaging and effective training programs.
• Develop learning activities and materials that incorporate a variety of delivery methods, such as simulations, scenarios, case studies, and games.
• Apply visual design principles to create visually appealing and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in instructional design, learning technologies, and industry trends to enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality training materials within specified timelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other evaluation methods.
• Make recommendations for improvements and modifications to existing training programs based on evaluation results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
