Job Title: Academic Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and management of our academic programs. You will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the success and growth of our academic offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic program management and a passion for higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to develop and implement new academic programs that align with the institution's mission and goals
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing academic programs, including course scheduling, curriculum development, and student advisement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the success of academic programs
• Manage program budgets and resources, including faculty hiring and development, course materials, and technology needs
• Analyze data and student feedback to make data-driven decisions for program improvements
• Develop and implement strategies to promote and market academic programs to potential students
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to recruit and retain students for academic programs
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations for academic programs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in academic program management and make recommendations for program enhancements
• Lead and participate in committees and meetings related to academic programs and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or a related field
• Strong understanding of higher education industry trends and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing new academic programs
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
