• Stay current with developments and trends in the field of education, integrating them into course content and pedagogy.

Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and/or research in the field of education.
• A strong record of scholarly publications and presentations at conferences.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Experience in curriculum development and course design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
