Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the company's databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Regularly conduct data audits and identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any database-related issues or concerns.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track database performance and identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to database maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL and Oracle.
Experience with data quality tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
