Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our academic programs. As the Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that meet the needs of our students and align with the goals of our institution. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of students and align with the goals of the institution.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure that program curriculum is current, relevant, and meets accreditation standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of program instructors to ensure quality instruction.
• Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
• Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase program enrollment and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage program data and generate reports to track program performance and inform decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in higher education to inform program development and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of academic program development, curriculum design, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
