Job Title: Production Team Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team and ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met. As a leader, you will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production workers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
