Position Title: Nanotechnology Product Development Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nanotechnology Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Nanotechnology Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and commercialization of innovative nanotechnology-based products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring that the products meet quality, performance, and cost targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nanotechnology, project management, and product development, with a passion for bringing cutting-edge products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and commercialization of nanotechnology-based products from concept to launch, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and product opportunities.
• Work closely with R&D to design and optimize nanotechnology-based products, ensuring that the products meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures to evaluate product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth scale-up and production of nanotechnology-based products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and academic institutions, to support product development and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in nanotechnology, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the nanotechnology industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to launch.
• In-depth knowledge of nanotechnology principles, techniques, and applications.
• Experience with characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, AFM, and XRD.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including design control, risk management, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
