Job Title: Arts & Crafts Instructor

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Arts & Crafts Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in various arts and crafts techniques. As an Arts & Crafts Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate individuals of all ages in a fun and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop arts and crafts lessons and projects for various age groups
• Instruct and guide students in various techniques, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media
• Provide demonstrations and hands-on assistance to students during class
• Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students
• Manage and maintain art supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other instructors to develop new and exciting projects
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about student progress and upcoming projects
• Participate in workshops and training to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on new techniques and trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching arts and crafts
• Strong knowledge and experience in various arts and crafts techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
