Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robotic systems for various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and defense
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Develop and implement algorithms and control systems for robotic movement
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and techniques that can be applied to our robotic systems
Create detailed designs, specifications, and technical documentation for robotic systems
Perform testing and troubleshooting of robotic systems to ensure functionality and reliability
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in conferences and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to foster their growth and development
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and components for robotic systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, preferably in a product development environment
Proven track record of designing and developing successful robotic systems
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java
Experience with CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
In-depth knowledge of control systems, dynamics, and kinematics
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for project-related meetings and conferences
