Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Donor Relations Manager to join our team. The Donor Relations Manager will play a critical role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our donors, ensuring their continued support and engagement with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for donor cultivation, retention, and stewardship.
• Create and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate donors, including identifying new prospects and building relationships with existing donors.
• Conduct regular communication with donors, providing updates on projects and initiatives, and expressing gratitude for their support.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials and campaigns to engage donors and showcase the impact of their contributions.
• Organize and manage fundraising events to attract new donors and engage current donors.
• Work closely with the finance team to track and report on donations, ensuring accuracy and transparency for donors.
• Conduct research on potential donors and partners, and develop tailored approaches and proposals.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members in donor engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date donor records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully cultivating and retaining donors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising software and databases.
