Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability education programs and initiatives for various audiences, including employees, students, and community members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into existing educational materials and programs.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability practices and trends to continuously improve and update educational materials.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, and events to educate others about sustainable practices and their benefits.
• Create engaging and informative educational resources, such as lesson plans, presentations, and educational materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups to expand the reach of sustainability education.
• Measure and track the effectiveness of sustainability education programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability education, program development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of current educational technology and tools is a plus.
