Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop telecommunications systems and networks based on business needs and requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment such as switches, routers, voice gateways, and servers.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with telecommunications systems and networks, both proactively and reactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for improving our telecommunications systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for all telecommunications systems and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of telecommunications systems and equipment.
Monitor network performance and take necessary actions to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
Work with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems and networks.
Strong understanding of voice and data communication protocols and standards.
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting various telecommunications equipment and technologies.
Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
