Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including but not limited to lubrication, cleaning, and calibration.
Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions and take appropriate corrective actions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems on various types of machinery.
Repair or replace faulty components and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, time spent, and any recommendations for future maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any equipment-related issues that may impact production or safety.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and make recommendations for stock replenishment when necessary.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance procedures and techniques.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
