Overview: As an Airport Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the airport staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. Key Responsibilities: Manage Airport Staff: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of airport staff, including supervisors, customer service agents, baggage handlers, and security personnel. This will involve creating work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.

Oversee Airport Operations: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport operations, including terminal management, ground handling, baggage handling, and flight operations.
