Job Title: Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating complex business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and recommend innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, processes, and data flows.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed system and data requirements, including user stories, use cases, and data mapping.
• Design and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
• Implement and configure software applications and systems to meet business needs.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying any issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data modeling.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in business analysis, systems analysis, or project management are a plus.
