Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the livestock farm, including feeding, breeding, and healthcare of animals.
• Create and implement efficient and effective processes to ensure the highest quality of care for our livestock.
• Supervise and train a team of farmhands, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of all animals, including identifying and addressing any health concerns.
• Plan and coordinate breeding schedules, ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of animal health, breeding, and production data.
• Regularly inspect and maintain all farm equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Oversee the transportation of livestock to and from the farm, following all necessary regulations and guidelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to livestock management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in livestock management.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of animal husbandry practices.

• Proven ability to manage and train a team effectively.
