Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute business plans and strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
