As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and lead various projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects at Insight Think Tank. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of various programs to ensure their successful completion within the given timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• Develop and maintain program management plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the given timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on program progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the Think Tanks.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
