Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify pain points
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
Create user flows and site maps to ensure seamless navigation and information architecture
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

Ensure consistency in design and user experience across all digital platforms
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs

Conduct regular design audits and provide recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision, Balsamiq, or Axure
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design
