Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Goods Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, for multiple product categories.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target market and their needs to guide product development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to source high-quality materials and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct product testing and gather feedback to make necessary improvements before product launch.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for product improvement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of product development processes and project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching consumer goods products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
