Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of all garments.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Communicate production targets and deadlines to team members, providing necessary training and guidance to ensure these targets are met.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to review and approve garment samples.
• Oversee the sourcing of materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including inventory levels, production costs, and quality control data.
• Identify and troubleshoot any production issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, production techniques, and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production environment.
