Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs and materials for our organization. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to create engaging and effective curriculum that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design, instructional design, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives, content, and instructional strategies for various educational programs
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources, that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum design and instructional strategies
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are aligned with company standards, regulations, and policies
• Develop and deliver training sessions for instructors on how to effectively use curriculum materials and implement instructional strategies
• Evaluate and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from instructors, learners, and other stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for educational programs
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and tools for instructional design and incorporate them into curriculum materials as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design principles, learning theories, and instructional strategies
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and learning management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning
• Experience in developing curriculum for online and/or hybrid learning environments is a plus
