Job Description: TelecomCraft Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecommunications Technician to join our growing team. As a Telecommunications Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of telecommunications equipment and systems. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment including phone systems, routers, switches, and other related devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telecommunications equipment and systems
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Install and configure new equipment and systems
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new telecommunications solutions
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and equipment inventory
• Provide technical support to clients and assist with resolving any telecommunication-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telecommunications Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of phone systems, routers, switches, and related devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
