Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Principal Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex data solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving the company's data strategy and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of data solutions, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement data models and data structures that are scalable, efficient, and optimized for performance.
• Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Identify and implement best practices for data storage, processing, and analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the data engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
