Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality instructional materials that meet the needs of our clients and learners. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to gather content and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions that address performance gaps and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, and animations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or training setting.
• Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems and knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and subject matter experts.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
