Position: Leasing Agent at RentEase

Job Summary: RentEase is seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and property management. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and showing properties to prospective tenants, to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine current rental rates and trends in the local area
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property showings
• Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants, including background and credit checks
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with tenants
• Maintain a high level of customer service and promptly address any tenant concerns or issues
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and any necessary repairs or maintenance are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or property management
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and rental laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
