Position: E-Learning Instructional Designer

Job Description: Are you passionate about creating engaging and effective e-learning experiences? Do you have a strong background in instructional design and a desire to make a positive impact on the education industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As an E-Learning Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing online courses that meet the needs of our diverse learners. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality, interactive e-learning modules that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content for e-learning courses
• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules using instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools
• Conduct thorough research on instructional strategies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of course content
• Create storyboards, scripts, and other documentation to guide the development of e-learning modules
• Collaborate with multimedia specialists to incorporate graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia elements into e-learning courses
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that e-learning modules are free of errors and meet the company's standards and specifications
• Revise and update existing e-learning courses to reflect changes in content, technology, or instructional design strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technology to continuously improve the quality of our courses
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in the e-learning industry
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative e-learning solutions
