About the role: Innovate Edge Tech is seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. As a User Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. You will be responsible for understanding our users' needs and translating them into engaging and seamless experiences that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all our digital products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet user requirements.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers in the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience conducting user research and testing, and using data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
