Job Overview: As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the educational programs offered by Ganges Tech University. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various educational initiatives, working closely with program leaders and faculty to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of educational programs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with program leaders and faculty to develop and implement program objectives, curriculum, and schedules
Coordinate and facilitate program meetings, workshops, and events
Manage program budgets and resources, including ordering and purchasing materials
Develop and maintain program reports, records, and documentation
Communicate program updates and changes to stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrators
Monitor program progress and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for program enhancements
Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and support resources
Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and regulations
Assist in the recruitment and selection of program participants, as needed
Provide support and guidance to program participants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in program coordination or a similar role
Strong knowledge and understanding of educational programs and principles
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience working with diverse populations and the ability to promote inclusivity
A passion for education and a commitment to providing quality learning experiences
