Position: Studio Manager

Location: Phuntsholing, Bhutan

Introduction: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Studio Manager to join our team. As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio and ensuring its smooth functioning. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the studio, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve studio operations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage studio expenses and prepare budget reports for upper management.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-maintained.
• Hire, train, and supervise studio staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of studio rentals for external clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for all studio-related inquiries and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improving studio services and offerings.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote the studio and attract new clients.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a creative studio setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
