Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and update curriculum content, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and industry standards.
Conduct research and analysis on current trends and best practices in curriculum development and education, and make recommendations for improvement.
Create and maintain a curriculum development process that includes instructional design, content development, and evaluation strategies.
Develop and update instructional templates, guidelines, and frameworks to support consistent and effective curriculum design and delivery.
Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Implement and manage curriculum evaluation processes, including data collection and analysis, to measure the impact and effectiveness of curriculum.
Train and support teachers and other stakeholders in the implementation of curriculum materials and resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of curriculum with other educational initiatives and programs.
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in education, and apply them to curriculum development strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
Knowledge of educational theories, principles, and practices.
Familiarity with curriculum development software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Experience working with a diverse student population.
