Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Supermarkets Stocker to join our team. As a Supermarkets Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that the shelves of our supermarket are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing for our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that products are readily available for purchase and that the store is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and ensure that all products are properly stocked and rotated
• Arrange and display products on shelves in an attractive and organized manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking of products
• Ensure that products are correctly labeled and priced
• Assist with inventory management and conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, backrooms, and storage areas
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations in a retail setting
