Job Title: Military Security Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Military Security Specialist to join our team. As a Military Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of military personnel, equipment, facilities, and operations. You will work closely with military leaders and other security professionals to develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect military assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
• Conduct security briefings and training sessions for military personnel.
• Investigate security incidents and breaches and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other security professionals to share best practices and stay updated on industry standards.
• Conduct physical security checks and patrols of military facilities and installations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security agencies.
• Stay updated on current security threats and trends and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to security protocols.
• Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in military or law enforcement security.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Experience with security systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
