Key Responsibilities:

Manage all bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
Create and implement beverage menus and promotions
Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and uphold company standards
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Work with the management team to develop and maintain budgets and financial goals for the bar
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent and high-quality service
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional events and activities
Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the bar operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting
Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as cocktail creation and mixology
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in inventory management and budgeting
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
