Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Develop technical solutions that meet business needs and adhere to coding standards
Write efficient, testable, and reusable code
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles
Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and budget
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Node.js)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with database design and optimization
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, JIRA)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies
