Wave Wireless is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing wireless solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of wireless technologies and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement wireless solutions for clients based on their specific needs and requirements
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct thorough research on emerging wireless technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and guidelines for wireless solutions
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of wireless projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wireless solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wireless technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing wireless solutions
• In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular networks
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and security
• Experience with wireless design tools, such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or iBWave
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Proven track record of delivering successful wireless projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications, such as CWNA, CWDP, CCNA Wireless, or CCNP Wireless, are a plus.
