Job Title: GCP Solutions Engineer

As a GCP Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise to help them leverage GCP for their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on GCP
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on GCP
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and timely resolution of any technical issues
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements to optimize GCP solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert for GCP and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team to help them identify and close new business opportunities
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with other GCP Solutions Engineers to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to the development of internal tools and processes
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of GCP solutions
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase GCP capabilities and provide technical demonstrations
• Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and keep up with the ever-evolving GCP platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud solutions on GCP
• Proven experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.
• Strong understanding of GCP architecture, networking, security, and data management
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Google Cloud Platform certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, etc.) are a plus.
