Job Title: Server

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
• Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or complaints
• Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and server stations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
