Qualifications:

• PhD in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and/or research in higher education
• Strong record of scholarly publications and presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage in service activities
• Passion for teaching and learning, with a student-centered approach
