Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for curriculum materials.
Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other resources.
Ensure that all curriculum materials align with learning objectives and educational standards.
Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
Work closely with the instructional design team to integrate curriculum materials into e-learning platforms and other digital resources.
Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively use curriculum materials.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from instructors and students to continually improve curriculum materials.
Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in education to incorporate into curriculum development.
Collaborate with other curriculum development specialists to share ideas and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Experience working with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create effective learning materials.
Proficient in using various instructional technologies and software, such as learning management systems and authoring tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
