Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain packaging and labeling standards for all products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create packaging and labeling materials that effectively represent our brand and meet customer expectations.
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming packaging materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers to source and order packaging materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manage inventory of packaging materials and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support production needs.
Conduct regular audits of packaging and labeling processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and supervise packaging and labeling team members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor and track packaging and labeling costs to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging and labeling technologies to continuously improve processes and materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in packaging, graphic design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging and labeling, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of packaging and labeling regulations and guidelines.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
